CURRENT LABBER (EXTEND): Renew an existing Labber’s contract (IC, CC, LTC) that has an upcoming end date.
CURRENT LABBER (CONVERSION): Send a new offer letter of a new engagement contract to a Labber which is currently engaged with PL as an IC, CC or LTC
OFFBOARD: Depart a Labber (contract end date, nucleation, involuntary/voluntary term)
